Complete Your Enrollment

  • Sign and complete your Intent to Enroll document (you will receive this via email).
  • Pay your enrollment deposit.

Before You Begin Classes

You will need to complete the following tasks before you begin classes. Select each task to view instructions.

  1. Connect with your student success advisor. Your enrollment specialist will introduce you to the Student Success Team upon enrollment. You will be assigned a dedicated student success advisor who will assist you with registration, train you to navigate the Digital Campus, and support your learning experience throughout the program.
  1. Create your Simmons University User ID. After paying your enrollment deposit, you will receive two email messages with instructions on establishing your Simmons User ID and email address. One email contains your student ID number, and the other email contains set-up instructions.
  2. Log into Workday, the student information system. In Workday, you can:
    • Register for courses during the registration period
    • Review your grades
    • Order official transcripts and view unofficial transcripts
    • Receive enrollment confirmation
    • Update your contact information
    • View your tuition and fee balance
    • Make a tuition payment

Plan your finances. If you filled out a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form and provided your Social Security number within your application for admission, you will receive an email including your federal loan package. Regardless of access to federal loans, you should carefully consider your financial plans for funding your Simmons education. For financial aid questions and concerns, please contact Student Financial Services at 1-617-521-2001 or by email sfs@simmons.edu.
