This course is designed to prepare students for diverse roles in organizational leadership with a focus on shifting institutional culture, creating social change, and advancing anti-racist policies and practices. Students will deepen their knowledge of organizational theories; concepts of power, privilege and oppression within institutional frameworks; and for effective change leadership.
