The course will examine social justice and anti-racist considerations in clinical program supervision, field education supervision, and management. This includes challenging oppressive workplace structures and building decolonized work climates and cultures. This course is designed to grow and strengthen the student’s leadership identity in relation to decolonized clinical supervision and agency management.
