Clinical practice is the cornerstone of the Simmons School of Nursing curricula, and this remains true in our online Nursing@Simmons programs. As a student, you will conduct a DNP project in which you will complete at least 1,000 hours of practice-based research at a site in your community or at your current workplace. Through this clinical experience, you will be able to apply your coursework and research to real-world healthcare settings.
