Prepare for BCBA® Certification
Our program provides students with the tools to take and pass the BCBA® exam. Our rigorous, interdisciplinary curriculum is verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board® (BACB®) and incorporates the mentoring and supervision hours required to sit for the exam.

Our Simmons professors are leading experts in applied behavior analysis, and many are directly involved in field research. They bring with them extensive practice experience at some of the most well-known centers for applied behavior analysis in the New England area.
Mentoring and Supervision Included
BehaviorAnalysis@Simmons meets the BACB® requirements for the Intensive Practicum model, meaning that students will fulfill the 750 hours of mentoring and supervision required to sit for the BCBA® exam as part of the program. Individual and group mentoring is a critical component of our online master’s in ABA, and ensures that students get the real-life training and individual feedback they need to be effective practitioners. An Interactive Online Experience
With classes offered fully online, BehaviorAnalysis@Simmons is designed to fit into the lives of busy professionals working in the field who want to earn a master’s in applied behavior analysis. Live, Face-to-Face Classes
Each week, students join classmates and professors for live classes hosted via webcam. Classes consist of approximately 15 students, and students can meet individually with professors during dedicated online office hours.
Weekly Online Course Content
Multimedia coursework expands on that week’s live session and prepares students for their next class discussion. To accommodate our students’ schedules, assignments can be completed at any time during the week.
